Born in England, Faye is an accomplished and enthusiastic piano and music theory tutor.
With both a Bachelor degree in Music Performances (Hons) as well as a diploma in piano performance. She has been involved in music education and training from a very young age and graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Faye is no stranger to hard work and understands the importance of perseverance, dedication, and energy to achieve a positive outcome.
Faye embraces her special needs, dyslexia, and autism. She believes they have equipped her with alternative, but effective learning methods. She is proud to be living proof of her neurodiversity being a strength. Faye teaches music differently, with more creativity, whilst embracing traditional framework.

Faye is positive, encouraging, kind but always to the point. Faye strongly encourages and nurtures correct technique and effective practice from the start. She ensures lessons and learning are fun, engaging, and customised to each specific individual according to their interests and aspirations.
Her current pupils range from 4 through to adult, at varying levels and stages of development in both piano and music theory. Faye organizes an annual Christmas concert in her local area to give all her students the opportunity to perform. for videos of these concerts you can find them in the Testimonials page
Faye is always looking for new ways to teach, adapt, and improve, continually exploring different methods to tailor learning to each individual student. She recently gained a children's teaching qualification through the British Suzuki Association, further strengthening her approach to nurturing young musicians.

Alongside her teaching, Faye regularly collaborates with other musicians and performs in concerts, ensuring she remains an active performer as well as an educator. She is committed to her own professional development and makes a point of undertaking further training or musical opportunities each summer while her students are on holiday. In 2026, she attended and performed at the British Isles Music Festival, continuing to develop her musicianship and bring fresh inspiration and experience back into her teaching.
